Krista Wyatt, Carlisle's Fire Chief, announced her retirement, which was effective on December 26, 2015. Chief Wyatt started with Carlisle in September of 2009 and worked hard to make positive changes to the department over the last six years. Chief Wyatt was honored for her service at the January 12th Village Council meeting. Chief Wyatt thanked the Village Manager, Staff, Council Members, and the residents of Carlisle for the support she received and she is proud to have served as Fire Chief.
At the same Council meeting, Lt. Joel Holbrook took the Oath of Office to become Carlisle's newest Fire Chief. He brings many years of fire experience and is also a career Captain with Washington Township Fire Department. He has been a valuable asset to our community as a trainer and mentor.
Chief Wyatt stated she is excited about the future of Carlisle Fire Department under Chief Holbrook and she wishes him the best.
