Welcome to Carlisle's newest Police Officer, Ethan Bens! Carlisle Police Chief Michael Bruck introduced Mr. Bens at the April 12th Council Meeting, where Mayor Randy Winkler gave him the oath of office. Mr. Bens comes from a law enforcement family, and he is eager to serve the people of Carlisle.
