The Village of Carlisle is pleased to welcome Jared Jones, Alex Ward, and Michael Kern to the Carlisle Fire Department. Carlisle Fire Chief Joel Holbrook introduced them at the March 22nd Council meeting, where Mayor Randy Winkler gave them the Oath of Office. Mr. Jones and Mr. Kern are currently Level II Firefighters, and Mr. Ward is a fourth generation Firefighter after recently graduating the Firefighter I class. Congratulations to them and we thank them for their willingness to serve this community! 

At the March 8 council meeting, Mayor Randy Winkler shared his 2016 State of the Village Address. Each year, the mayor is required by the village charter to report to council members and citizens on the events of the past year, as well as some things coming in the year ahead.
