The Carlisle Business Park has approximately 40+ acres of development land.

The Municipality of Carlisle can grant tax abatement for all improvements placed on the land; taxes on the land cannot, under Ohio law, be abated. As a result, the Municipality of Carlisle can eliminate the taxes due on the real estate for a number of years, not to exceed 15 years.
