Statement to Citizens:
"It has been an honor and a privilege to serve my community, first as a Council member, and now as Mayor.  I can tell you without hesitation that I have the same passion for service today that I had when I was first elected.  My goal is to help keep Carlisle a great place to live and raise your family.
