Carlisle's annual Memorial Tree Lighting will take place on Monday, December 5 at 7:00 p.m. at Carlisle Town Hall. This year's tree will be lit in memory of David Hatton. Santa will appear after the ceremony and the evening will conclude with cookies and cocoa at the New Jersey Presbyterian Church.
